# Connect Formbay

> Bring application progress and evidence into Projects & Jobs.

**Open:** **Retailer Settings → Integrations → Formbay**.

1. Obtain an authorised Formbay bearer token for your business.
2. Choose **Connect account** and paste it into **Auth bearer token**.
3. Select **Verify token**.
4. Confirm the company returned by verification.
5. Choose **Connect** for that company.
6. Open the relevant project and associate the correct Formbay application.

Verify the company identity before connecting. If verification fails, check token validity and access with your Formbay administrator; do not post the token in a support message.

## Link or import the right application

When using the import controls, choose the scheme and inspect the available installation/application details. Search existing projects first. Review the provider reference and installation address before importing or associating a record.

Open the linked application's details to inspect application status, Formbay job status and reported evidence. **Missing**, **Unknown** and **Complete** have different meanings. Unknown evidence is not proof that a requirement was met.

## Maintain the connection

Use **Replace token** when credentials change. Check the company again. Disconnecting stops sync and removes the saved token; previously synced information and projects are retained as described by the confirmation.

If a status looks old, check its observation time and the last successful sync. Complete the provider-side work in Formbay when ArcSolar does not offer that action.
