## Common errors to catch

| Check | Why it matters |
| ---------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Billing days | A quarterly bill should not be treated as a monthly amount |
| Units | Cents per kWh and dollars per kWh differ by a factor of 100 |
| Supply charge | This is a daily fixed charge, not a usage rate |
| Multiple tariffs | Peak, shoulder and off-peak should not be flattened without explanation |
| Grid imports | Purchased electricity excludes solar consumed at the property |
| Feed-in tariff | Export credit is not the same as the import rate |
| Site identity | A billing address may differ from the installation address |

Manual entry remains available if the bill is unreadable or unsupported. Use source-backed values and label estimates honestly. Read [savings assumptions](/quoting/savings) before presenting the result.

## ArgonixIntelligence in this workflow

This is the bill-analysis tool itself. Its job is to extract and explain likely values. You decide which reviewed values to apply.
