## Before you click send

A draft is not an issued offer. Sending fixes the commercial snapshot used by the customer page and PDF. Later catalogue changes do not automatically change that issued quote.

Check [incentives and STCs](/quoting/incentives-stcs), [payments](/quoting/payment-options) and [follow-ups](/quoting/follow-ups) before your first live send.

## ArgonixIntelligence in this workflow

Bill extraction and supported recommendations reduce preparation work. Review all inputs and the final customer document yourself; intelligence does not approve eligibility or commercial terms.
