Open: Customers and its Meta integration control. Use an account with permission to manage the connection.

Before connecting

Have access to the correct Facebook Page and Pixel/Dataset. Meta consent must allow Page management and the required assets. The platform connection must be available before your business can connect.
1

Connect Meta

Choose Connect Meta and sign in through Meta’s own authorisation screen.
2

Choose the business assets in Meta

Authorise one intended Page with Page Manage access and one Pixel/Dataset. The CRM does not provide a separate asset picker for this setup.
3

Check the connection

Return to ArcSolar and look for Connected and syncing. Review the Page, connected forms and inbound routing.
4

Verify both directions

Submit a clearly identified test lead through the intended form. Check that it arrives with the right source and customer details. Follow the supported qualification transition and inspect the integration/provider diagnostics for feedback.

What two-way means

Inbound: leads from the connected Page’s forms enter the CRM. Outbound: the inspected connection describes qualification feedback when New moves directly to Contacted or Quoted. Do not assume every later stage, note or message is mirrored back to Meta. A connected status does not prove attribution or improved advertising results. Verify an actual lead and the supported event before declaring the setup complete.

Fix a connection

  • Reconnect Meta: access expired or was removed; repeat authorisation.
  • Automatic setup is waiting on Meta: check the Page and Pixel/Dataset choices in Meta consent.
  • Management access required: use an appropriately authorised account.
  • Sign-in temporarily unavailable: contact ArcSolar support; clients should not need to supply platform technical credentials.

ArgonixIntelligence in this workflow

Once a lead is in the CRM, supported briefs can help prioritise follow-up. Intelligence does not choose Meta permissions or guarantee campaign performance.
