Open: Reporting → Accountability Report, with an authorised role.

Column	Meaning
Open	Open tasks owned by the member
Tagged open	Open work they are tagged in
AI open	Open work identified as AI-related by the task records
Waiting	Tasks waiting for progress
Overdue	Open tasks past their due date
3+ days	Work at least three days overdue
Completed (30d)	Tasks completed in the last 30 days
On time	Share of those completed tasks finished on time

Ownership determines accountability. Tagging a person does not transfer it. Waiting tasks remain visible because they still need follow-up.

Run a team review

Start with overdue and three-day items. Open the actual task, confirm its owner and blocker, then agree a next action and realistic due date. Review waiting work rather than treating it as complete. The displayed reminder flow is inbox when due, email after 24 hours, daily reminders and Operations escalation after three days for rep tasks. Check the applicable settings and delivery status if someone reports missing reminders.
