Use its period and owner controls to understand the displayed pipeline and performance. Reporting brings together management views. Open the relevant tab:

Read reports consistently

Check the period, timezone, owner filter, last update and whether the screen uses live or mock data. Phone reporting can have its own period selector. A count from a different time window is not directly comparable. Open the underlying customer, call, task or project when investigating a metric. Treat empty/unavailable data differently from a confirmed zero. Review urgent exceptions daily. Review sales activity and unresolved delivery work weekly. Reconcile finance and the period-specific company reports at month end.
