  1. Review today’s appointments and overdue tasks.
  2. Check new enquiries and confirm who owns each one.
  3. Read recent messages and call summaries before contacting the customer.
  4. Make the call or send the agreed message.
  5. Record the outcome and update the stage when it accurately reflects progress.
  6. Set the next action, owner and due date.
  7. Review sent/viewed quotes and scheduled follow-ups before more outreach.
  8. At the end of the day, check unresolved tasks and tomorrow’s appointments.

Before contacting a customer

Confirm the phone/email channel and communication consent. Read the latest customer reply. Check whether another rep or an automatic journey is about to contact them.

A useful handover note

Write the customer’s goal, what was agreed, the remaining blocker and who will act next. For example: “Customer is comparing battery options. Awaiting switchboard photo. Sam to call Thursday after 3 pm.” Avoid notes such as “follow up” with no owner or date. Use a task for work that must happen.

ArgonixIntelligence in this workflow

Use the overview brief to identify priorities and CallIntelligence to prepare for the next conversation. Check its date and source call so you do not act on an older discussion.
