Open: Tasks or a customer’s task action.

Create a task

  1. Choose New task and find the customer.
  2. Write the action clearly, such as “Confirm switchboard photo received.”
  3. Set the owner, due date, priority and type offered by the form.
  4. Add relevant context and tag colleagues where needed.
  5. Save and confirm it appears in the appropriate task list.

Use the right view

My tasks includes work you own or are tagged in. Authorised managers can use Team tasks and choose a person or the whole team. Use date, title, status, priority and type filters. All open can include tasks with no due date. Completed and archived tasks are separate. Check pagination if you cannot find a task.

Update work

Open the task to complete, reschedule or update it using the available actions. Record the outcome. If waiting on someone else, leave a useful explanation and a follow-up date. Tagging does not transfer ownership. A task deadline is not a booked appointment. Use Calendar to arrange an actual time with a customer or crew.

Check reminders

Task links can open a completed task even when the current list hides completed work. An unavailable link can mean the task is removed or outside your access.

Use suggested actions as a starting point, then verify owner and timing. The Accountability Report distinguishes owned, tagged and AI-related open work.
