Open: the quote’s payment controls in the review step.

Direct payment

Select direct payment and review the upfront deposit, stock-delivery milestone and installation balance. Use the amount field or slider where available. The inspected default policy uses a $500 upfront amount with a selectable maximum of 30% for ordinary quote totals. Stock delivery is normally 40%; installation is the remainder. Smaller quotes have capped/fixed amounts. Always use the limits and final schedule shown for the actual quote. For example, a 10,000totalwitha10,000 total with a 1,000 deposit and 4,000deliverypaymentleaves4,000 delivery payment leaves 5,000 at installation. All milestones must sum to the final total.

Finance

Choose an available finance option and configured term. Review the finance deposit, amount financed, repayments and merchant/service fees. Check whether a fee is paid upfront or included in the financed amount. A repayment illustration is not lender approval. Record the actual application status and any required evidence before treating finance as ready.

Funding and price

Government loans reduce the balance funded by other means; they are not a reduction in system price. Check the funding summary so rebates, loans, direct payment and commercial finance are not double-counted.

Confirm the customer view

Preview the agreement, total and milestones. Do not change a saved payment schedule outside the supported revision flow. A processing payment can lock revision before settlement completes.

ArgonixIntelligence in this workflow

Use intelligence for context, not approval. The issued schedule, lender result and confirmed payment records determine the customer’s obligations and funding status.
