Open Site Information Form on a customer record or in the quote’s site-information step.

Send the form

  1. Confirm the installation address and known property details.
  2. Choose Email customer the form link, SMS customer the form link or Email and SMS customer the form link.
  3. Check the destination, then send.
The private form asks for a recent electricity bill, switchboard photos and a cable-run video from the switchboard to the proposed battery location. Re-sending invalidates the previous link immediately. Tell the customer to use the new one.

Review what comes back

The request moves through Not requested, Awaiting customer, Submitted or Link expired. Check the bill’s customer, site and period. Make sure the photos and video show the requested detail. Record anything needing installer review. You can continue a quote without these files, but bill analysis needs an uploaded bill. Submission does not accept a quote, approve finance or reserve a date.

If something is missing

For Link expired, re-send the form. If the customer cannot upload, follow your approved collection process and record the source and date. Reconfirm older information when site conditions change. Keep customer form links private. Use bill analysis once the correct bill is available.
