Book an appointment

Use the appointment action, select the correct customer/context, set the date and time, assign the responsible person and complete the required fields. Review the time and any notification behaviour before confirming. After the meeting or call, record its outcome and complete related follow-up. Reschedule using the appointment controls when plans change. A task due date is a deadline. An appointment is a booked time. Changing one does not mean the other has moved.

Plan a field day

  1. Open Field days and select Plan field day, if available.
  2. Choose the date, crew and intended jobs.
  3. Enter visit durations, working hours and arrival constraints.
  4. Review visit order, travel and feasibility.
  5. Resolve conflicts before using the final confirmation action.
  6. Check the resulting job/calendar entries.
Field days view with Plan field day actions and a labelled manual preview.

Fictional field-day preview showing where to start planning. The manual preview does not save a live schedule.

If the screen is labelled Manual preview or Authenticated preview, follow that limitation. Route calculation is not itself a confirmed schedule. An unavailable route service does not prove that a crew can meet the proposed times.
