Open: Product Catalogue. Review the quote’s Review & bill of materials and the project’s System & BOM.

Maintain the catalogue

Find the product/package and check its exact brand, model, capacity, phase compatibility, region and selling configuration. Use the supported editor to correct fields and save. Where publication or approval is required, complete that step before expecting new quotes to use the change. Check technical-sheet attachments against the exact product model. A similar model’s datasheet is not a substitute.

Quote and delivery checks

  1. Select the actual equipment and quantities.
  2. Review required companion products and services.
  3. Confirm quoted BOM completeness.
  4. Add detailed materials or template allowances when required.
  5. Mark an allowance as such until confirmed.
  6. At handover, confirm the operational BOM matches the agreed system.
An internal BOM can include information that does not belong in a customer document. Customer documents use their own presentation; do not paste internal costs or margin into public notes. Changing the catalogue does not reprice an issued quote. Technical sheets attached to new documents do not necessarily change historical PDFs.

ArgonixIntelligence in this workflow

Recommendations can assist selection where supported, but exact model compatibility and approved equipment need verification. The saved quote/BOM is the agreed scope.
