Selling brand availability

Every workspace has one original selling brand. You can add further additional brands, which hold their own price book, contract document, branding and fonts — but there is a deliberate limit: An additional brand can save quote drafts and be assigned leads and opportunities. It cannot yet issue a quote. Choosing an additional brand in the quote builder prices the draft from that brand’s own price book, and then Confirm & send is refused — as “This selling brand is not ready to issue”, or, if the send reaches the server, as “This brand can save drafts. Sending becomes available after its document and issuance setup is ready.” Revising an issued quote and delivering an accepted offer are blocked the same way. This is not a permission you can grant, a plan difference or an unfinished setup step. It is enforced in the database for these operations, so treat it as a capability that has not shipped rather than a switch to find.

Intelligence availability

The separate ArgonixIntelligence Agentic Chat interface tab in the sidebar will be coming Soon in a future release. Embedded bill analysis, call summaries and briefs can still be available. Use the enabled entry point for that workflow. Intelligence features can depend on your selected plan and on the data available.

Roof Vision availability

Roof Vision is included with the Arc plan. It opens from a quote’s solar step, and the Roof Vision page in the app sidebar holds the design library.Administrators, developers, operations members and sales representatives can open Roof Vision; finance members cannot. Writing to a quote’s design also needs permission to revise quotes.If Roof Vision is missing entirely, the workspace is on a plan that does not include it — an administrator can check the plan in Retailer Settings. A long-standing workspace can be covered by arrangement; support can confirm which applies.

The organisation onboarding guide follows the qa implementation inspected for this documentation. Existing invited users can have a different account-setup path. Follow the status and prompts in your own workspace.
