This page tracks changes that exist in the product but may not yet be live in your workspace. Each entry states which stage it is at, so nothing here is presented as something you can rely on today.

Quoting is only locked by the steps a quote is priced from

Landing in the next release.While a workspace is being set up, ArcSolar holds quoting and calling back. Until this change, every unfinished setup step did that — so a step with nothing to do with pricing, such as adding a Google review link or picking a theme, could stop you quoting.Now only the steps a quote is actually priced from hold quoting and calling back:
  • How your pricing is quoted
  • Upload your pricing documents
  • Your services and fees
  • Finance and deposits
  • Incentives you offer
The remaining steps still appear on your checklist and are still worth finishing, but they no longer stop you quoting or calling. Landing in the next release.Two problems made the Ask for Google reviews step impossible to finish properly. Finishing it did not actually store your review link, so the step looked done while your customer invitations had nothing to send. And links that a real Google Business Profile hands out — such as a maps.google.com link with a customer ID, or the Australian Google domain — were rejected.Both are fixed. Your link saves properly, and the links Google actually gives you are accepted.You can also send yourself the review request as a test before letting it go out to customers automatically. On the review settings, choose Send me a test. It goes to your own mobile number only, and it uses the same message and sender your customers would receive.

Sign-up records your agreement to the subscription terms

Landing in the next release.When you create an organisation, sign-up now records that you accepted the ArcSolar subscription agreement and privacy policy, storing which version you accepted and when. The legal pages are branded as ArcSolar rather than your business, because they are platform documents and not yours.

Built but switched off

One integration is built but not switched on for anyone yet: the BridgeSelect rebate submission service. It cannot be enabled from Settings, and it should not be promised to a customer. If you want it for your business, ask support.

Smaller changes

Landing in the next release. The next step shown on the get-started page now uses the same primary button size as the pages it leads to, so the next action is no longer the smallest button in the flow. Presentation only.

Pending review

Nothing user-facing is open for review right now. The changes currently open are internal — database migration delivery, continuous-integration gating and provider test suites — and do not change what you see in ArcSolar.

ArgonixIntelligence in this workflow

Intelligence can report what a workspace’s setup is holding back and what has changed in the product, but it cannot change your plan, enable a gated feature, or complete an external provider’s approval for you. Availability questions it cannot answer from the product should go to support.
