After a live quote is sent
- Confirm the quote appears in Quotes. Read any delivery warning.
- Check whether it is sent, viewed or accepted. These are different states.
- Open the customer’s Activity → Automated follow-ups. Check the scheduled message and time before adding your own outreach.
- Set the next task or agreed appointment. Record what the customer needs to decide.

In Quotes, read Status and Deposit separately. The three-dot menu at the end of a row opens estimate actions. This fictional demo shows basic actions; your available options depend on the quote and your access.
If the customer asks for a change
Open the existing quote and follow Quote revisions. Check whether it is eligible to change. Accepted quotes and payments in progress can lock revisions. If locked, ask your manager for the approved next step. Do not create an unrelated replacement to bypass the lock. When the customer proceeds
Check the recorded acceptance, payment and finance status separately. Accepted does not mean paid. Finance selected does not mean approved. Follow your team’s stage rules, then hand over:- The agreed system and issued quote.
- Verified site details and outstanding photos or checks.
- Promises made to the customer, including timing.
- Payment or finance status and anything still pending.
- The next owner and action.
