Your final rehearsal
Use the approved practice record. Explain each action before you take it.- Find: open the right record and check the owner and latest activity.
- Prepare: confirm permission, customer goal and missing information.
- Converse: talk through the call, write a clear note and create the next task.
- Assess: check a sample bill and explain the savings assumptions.
- Quote: show the system, STC basis, total and payment schedule in the customer preview. Do not send.
- Follow through: find planned messages and explain what operations will need.
Three moments to recognise
A quote is accepted. Can I tell operations the deposit is paid?

No. Check the payment record separately. Acceptance records the customer’s decision; a confirmed payment records money received.
The customer replied this morning. Should I send another reminder now?

Read the reply and check the scheduled follow-ups first. Coordinate one useful next message with the customer’s request.
The bill assessment gives a different usage figure from the bill. Which should I use?

Stop and compare the source, period and units. Resolve the difference with your manager before applying a value or explaining savings.
Ask your manager to confirm
Before your first live customer, confirm your assigned leads, calling line, approved contact approach, pricing authority and who reviews your first quote. These checkboxes are your own practice record, not a certificate or manager approval. Tell your manager you are ready and complete their sign-off process.Your daily rhythm
Start: Rep Overview → My tasks → customer history. After each conversation: note → stage if needed → next task.
Before sending: customer preview → your checks → required approval.
Finish: unanswered replies → tomorrow’s appointments → outstanding promises. Keep Your daily sales routine bookmarked. Use Sales dashboard when your manager introduces your goals. Team-wide reporting and administration are not required for this course.
