Open: Settings → Notifications for personal preferences. Open the header inbox icon for work requiring attention.
  1. Review each notification category and the channels available to you.
  2. Set optional email preferences and save.
  3. Open a notification to reach its task or customer.
  4. Complete or update the underlying work. Reading an alert does not complete the task.
Software notifications may be always on even when optional email is disabled. Customer quote SMS is configured separately in Retailer Settings → Automated messages. Personal email preferences do not cancel a customer’s scheduled messages.

Task reminders

The accountability flow describes an inbox alert when due, email after 24 hours, daily reminders and Operations escalation after three days for rep tasks. Actual delivery depends on the applicable preferences and delivery status. If the task is blocked, record why and who is needed. Waiting work remains visible for follow-up. Do not mark it complete just to stop an alert.

Settings and your account

Use Settings → Account for the profile controls available to you. Keep your name, contact details and preferences current. Organisation billing and permissions are managed by authorised owners or administrators.

Troubleshooting

If a link says the task is unavailable, it may have been removed or be outside your access. Ask an administrator to check the reference. If email is missing, check the recipient address, preferences and spam folder before requesting a resend.
