This guide follows the organisation onboarding flow in the qa release. If your workspace uses an invitation or an older setup screen, follow the prompts shown and contact support if you cannot continue.

Before you begin

The business owner needs the organisation’s ABN, legal and trading details, billing email, phone, business address and bank details. Have access to your email and banking app. Enter financial and identity details only in the secure setup flow.
1

Create your account and verify your email

Open your organisation’s ArcSolar sign-up page. Complete the account prompts and email verification. Return to the original setup flow after verification.
2

Complete the business profile

Enter your name, organisation name, ABN, legal name, address, state, postcode, timezone, billing email and business phone. Website is optional.Select retailer, installer or both; residential, commercial or both; services offered and operating states. Enter expected quote and installation volumes, sales representatives and team size. Complete the final prompts, then choose Create organisation.
3

Choose your plan

Review Spark and Arc, including the displayed monthly price and GST. The plan screen identifies whether Intelligence and Roof Vision are included. Choose Review VoIP rates.
4

Accept separate communications usage billing

Read the rates for calls, SMS segments and numbers. Tick I accept these VoIP rates and separate usage billing, then choose Continue to subscription.
5

Activate the software subscription

Choose Open Stripe in new tab and complete checkout. Keep ArcSolar open; it checks for confirmation and continues automatically. If the tab is blocked, allow pop-ups for your ArcSolar site and try again.
6

Activate calls and SMS with PayTo

Review the PayTo agreement, continue to the bank authorisation and approve it in your banking app. Wait for the mandate to become active. You can choose Skip for now and complete this later in Settings. Calls and SMS remain unavailable until PayTo is active.
7

Set up customer payments

Open Stripe and submit the requested business, identity and bank information. Submission is required before entering the workspace. You can enter while Stripe reviews the account; customer collection starts only when Stripe enables it.
8

Enter your workspace

Confirm Your workspace is ready, review any outstanding Stripe or PayTo message and select Enter workspace. Continue with the setup checklist.

If setup stops

Return to the same organisation instead of creating another. A Stripe payment or verification may need time to update. A subscription payment, PayTo agreement and customer-payment account each have their own status. Non-owners may need the organisation owner to finish setup.

ArgonixIntelligence in this workflow

Choose the plan needed for the intelligence features your team will use. Intelligence does not complete bank authorisation or business verification for you.
